<p>Compliance is due 2 Fridays before the start date.  If the candidate does not make the deadline, they&apos;re at risk of losing the offer.</p>

<p>Client considers candidates with the least amount of time off request. If the client can&apos;t accommodate the time off request, they reject and don&apos;t ask the RN if they can forgo any. Please make sure you submit limited days off for your RN to be considered. </p>

<li>On September 27, 2023, Los Angeles (LA) County Public Health updated its Health Officer Order to require all healthcare personnel (HCP) to <strong>receive the updated 2023-24 COVID vaccine OR wear a respiratory mask </strong>while in contact with patients or working in patient care areas during respiratory virus season (November 1, 2023 – April 30, 2024). HCP not receiving the updated 2023-24 COVID vaccine must submit a <strong>signed declination</strong>.<strong> </strong>Adventist Health is required to comply with the LA County Public Health Officer Order.
</ul> <p><br> <strong><u>General info:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC, and Cerner experience are all required. <li>Bachelor&apos;s Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred <li>Acute care facility experience: Preferred </ul> This department provides triage, treatment and support for trauma and emergency patients of all ages in an acute care setting. If the department is designated as a trauma site, the hours and expenses related to triage and treatment of trauma patients is included. However, the hours and expenses related to the administration and support of the Trauma program and it&apos;s services (i.e. Trauma registry, trauma coordinators) should not be included here. NCI Required. Moderate Sedation Training required.
Qualifications:

Basic travel nursing requirements include:

  • 1-2 years recent experience in the job's primary area of care
  • Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states
  • Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specificfacility/unit
  • An enthusiastic, adventurous spirit with a desire to help
