MUST HAVE TO SUBMIT TO CLIENT: 
- ND or Compact License Required 
- ALL LOA must be upfront 
- 1-2 evaluations 
 
Facility Details: 
- DIRECT CLIENT! 
- Credentialing requirements, modified. Details to follow. 
- 48hours only 
- Travelers Experience a must! No new graduates or first time floats; it needs to be someone with at least 2-3 years of experience since they are the only RN in the building.  Very rural.   There is a hotel in the area though. 
- Travelers must reside outside 75-mile radius of facility 
- 25-bed critical access hospital in a very small town (less than 2,000 population). 
- volumes are low, and they will be functioning more as LTC 
- Position requires working 2 of 4 weekends and every other holiday 
- Drivers needed 
 
Orientation: 
- 13 weeks 
 
Unit Details: 
- Certification Required: BLS, ACLS, & MSN 
- Previous DON experience required 
- Travel experience is a must!  
- Scrub color is eggplant 
- EMR: Cerner
