The Psychiatric Registered Nurse provides compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients experiencing mental health disorders, emotional difficulties, or behavioral crises. This role involves assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care while ensuring a therapeutic and safe environment.</p>
