  • Every other weekend and holiday required<br>
  • No Block schedule requests<br>

<strong><u>Unit Details:</u></strong><br> <strong>- Certs: BLS, NRP required</strong><br>

  • 3+ years of RECENT NICU experience<br>
  • Skills: Must have experience with cooling, ventilators, JET, Oscillators</span></span><br> <span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">-Equipment: Medfusion pumps, PICC lines started by trained RNs, Umbilical lines, Intubation by trained transport nurses, Body cooling, Giraffe Shuttle which attaches to our Incubator to keep it warm and run a ventilator.</span></span><br> <span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">-Ventilators (JET, Oscillators)</span></span><br> <span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">-Ratio*: 1:2-3</span></span><br> <span style="font-size: 11.0pt;"><span style="font-family: Aptos , sans-serif;">-Ratios are never guaranteed but what the unit attempts to achieve with normal staffing. Ratios are subject to change based on staffing.<br>

Qualifications:

Basic travel nursing requirements include:

  • 1-2 years recent experience in the job's primary area of care
  • Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states
  • Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specificfacility/unit
  • An enthusiastic, adventurous spirit with a desire to help
