Facility Details: 
-Level 1 Trauma Center, ratios are higher than average here so this must be a seasoned RN 
- RNs cannot be coming from another hospital within 50 miles 
 
Position Details: 
-BLS Required 
-RN, must have 2 years exp in Charge OR  
-Charge Nurse for Main OR with weekend and Holiday rotation 
-RN may work regular OR shifts as well at base pay ($23/hr) 
-Charge shifts will have a shift differential of $3.50  
-Shift is 645a-715p,call, rotating weekends, and holidays are an expectation.  
-Scrub and circulate preferred, but not a deal breaker.
