<strong><span style="color: rgb(243,156,18);">FASTAFF PRESCREEN</span><br> <br> MUST HAVE TO SUBMIT TO CLIENT:</strong><br> Active NY License required<br> <br> <strong>Facility Details:</strong><br> RETURNEE within 1yr from Moses, Weiler/Einstein/ Wakefield, Westchester Square, CHAM can start any Monday<br> <span style="color: rgb(155,89,182);"><strong>Agency Orientation 11/12</strong></span><br> <br> *LOAs must be included in your submit<br> *Must agree to work 2 of the 3 holidays<br> <br> <br> Orientation Pay Rate is $10 less than the Assignment Pay Rate.<br> *Travelers cannot be a current Montefiore Staff Nurses or part of the Montefiore Per Diem pool.  Former Montefiore Staff Nurses/Per Diem members must wait 6 months before working as an Agency nurse.<br> *Any RN trying to switch agencies (example from Med Solutions to Fastaff), must wait 3 month after their assignment ends to switch.<br> *COVID VACCINATION REQUIRED. Resources must be fully vaccinated by the start date.<br> *Flu shot required<br> *No Artificial Nails of any kind<br> *LOAs must be included in your submit<br> *Block Scheduling cannot be accommodated<br> *Travel Nurses Float First<br> *Ceil blue scrubs<br> <br> <u>Position Details:</u><br> BLS, ACLS required<br> This is a mixed surgical unit with bariatric patients. It is 22 floor beds and a 15 bed stepdown unit. Stepdown area typically 1:3-4 and floor typically 1-6 right now. They would like some who could work stepdown and floor.

Qualifications:

Basic travel nursing requirements include:

  • 1-2 years recent experience in the job's primary area of care
  • Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states
  • Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specificfacility/unit
  • An enthusiastic, adventurous spirit with a desire to help
