<br> <strong><u>Facility Details:</u></strong><br> - COVID vaccine and Booster: religious exemptions accepted, medical exemptions NOT accepted<br> - Flu Shot Required - Will not accept exemptions<br> - Confidentiality FORM and Computer Access form needs to be completed upon offer- please be sure this is completed as soon as offer is accepted<br> - IMPORTANT- RN must use badge to clock in and clock out for every shift/break, if RN forgets to clock in or out the exception log in staffing must be completed on the day they forgot.<br> - Compliance is due Wednesday by 10am prior to start- HARD DEADLINE, RN will push to next orientation<br> - First day orientation instructions are emailed directly to the temp. Please make sure email addresses are accurate.<br> -Modules are needed prior to arrival, RN will received email from facility with instructions after offer and before start. Module time can be added to first timesheet. Facility will pay for 4hr of module time.<br> - Located across the bridge from Philly in NJ. It is in Camden NJ<br> - Cooper’s acuity is high and census is always above 550. That is without COVID. It’s their normal. It is the busiest trauma centers in the Philly/S. NJ area.<br> - It is leading academic health system in the region, Cooper is a teaching hospital. It is Urban, it is in South NJ. It is busy with 1.6 M patient visits a year.   <br> <br> <strong><u>Orientation:</u></strong><br> - 2 days of orientation in the classroom<br> - No on-unit orientation<br> - Returned Travelers will need to attend orientation if they haven’t worked at Cooper within the last 6 months.<br> <br> <strong><u>Unit Details: </u></strong><br> - Certification Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS<br> - 3+ years of M/S Tele experience required<br> - Surgical Care Unit/same day surgery experience required (please note in match)<br> - At least <strong><u>3 of those years need to be level 1 trauma</u></strong><br> - <strong>level 1 trauma experience required</strong> - <strong>THIS MUST BE OUTLINED IN SUBMIT NOTES </strong><br> - Navy Blue Scrubs<br> - EMR: EPIC<br> -Every other weekend required
Qualifications:

Basic travel nursing requirements include:

  • 1-2 years recent experience in the job's primary area of care
  • Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states
  • Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specificfacility/unit
  • An enthusiastic, adventurous spirit with a desire to help
