<p>Unit Details: The RN assesses medical necessity of admissions and continued stays, coordinates discharge planning and patient transitions, and ensures efficient use of resources in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.</p>

<p>Healthcare Professionals must satisfy any required credentialing items before traveling to a strike. USN will prioritize booking travel arrangements for Healthcare Professionals with a complete file. If you arrive on-site with missing or outstanding items, you may not be eligible to work the strike.</p>
