<p>Unit Details: Combine cath lab/EP/IR. Procedures may include cardiac Caths, EP studies, Cardioversions, Tilt Table Studies, Cardio MEMS, Implant Pacemaker and Defibrillators, and Loop Recorder. IR may include Embolization (Uterine Fibroids, Tumor, Bleeding), Tumor Ablations, Chemoembolization, Steroid Injections, Joint Aspirations, Drain placement, Thromboembolism, IVC Filters insert and removal, Vascular access, Kyphoplasty, Image guided biopsies, G-tube placement & exchanges, Biliary Obstruction management, Nephroureteral Stents, Hydronephrosis management & exchanges. Chest Tube placement, Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Lumbar Puncture, Thrombectomies (Peripheral and Pulmonary), Pain pump management. RN pull sheaths, perclose closure devices. RN must be able to do pre, intra, and post procedure.  moderate sedation. Call may be required.</p>

<p>Healthcare Professionals must satisfy any required credentialing items before traveling to a strike. USN will prioritize booking travel arrangements for Healthcare Professionals with a complete file. If you arrive on-site with missing or outstanding items, you may not be eligible to work the strike.</p>
