<br> "The EMS is a 90 day exception that the facility can request through the BON. If the perm license does not post by then, the facility can request an extra 30 days be added. If a nurse has discipline on any license or hits on their background, they will not be approved for this.<br> Recruiters can submit without the license - but we would need proof of perm application upon offer, as they must have an application on file with the BON to get the 90 day exception."<br> <br> <strong><u>Facility Details:</u></strong><br> - Will accept non-vaccinated Covid travelers<br> - Only willing to approve RTO for 1 of 3 Major Holidays<br> - Asante will consider longer contracts through the Holidays if the traveler is interested<br> <br> <strong><u>Orientation:</u></strong><br> - 48hrs<br> - 13 weeks<br> - Orientation on Mondays<br> - Hospital orientation and 2 days of orientation on the unit.<br> <br> <strong><u>Unit Details:</u></strong><br> - BLS required<br> - ACLS preferred<br> - Experience required: 1+ years of experience in M/S<br> - Must be able to float to all M/S floors: gen/med, ortho/neuro, post surg, heart center (tele), inpatient rehab, behavioral health, med oncology<br> - Shift: 1845-0715, Every other weekend required<br> - 25-40 beds depending on dept, 1:3 to 1:6 depending on shift and dept<br> - Scrubs, any color acceptable. No tattoos above shoulders can be shown, and only facial piercings allowed is nose stud. Basic travel nursing requirements include:

  • 1-2 years recent experience in the job's primary area of care
  • Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states
  • Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specificfacility/unit
  • An enthusiastic, adventurous spirit with a desire to help
