As a Stepdown RN, you&apos;ll monitor patients who require frequent assessment but who aren&apos;t unstable enough to need care in a critical setting. This includes monitoring vital signs, detecting change in patient condition, administering medications, and providing hands-on care.

The western half of the state moves at a different pace and provides the major gateway to Great Smoky Mountains National Park through Gatlinburg'an attraction in and of itself!
