As a House Supervisor RN, you&apos;ll provide administrative-level leadership of nursing services to the assigned unit or unit(s). The House Supervisor&apos;s primary role is to make decisions regarding patient care, admissions, and unit staffing. You&apos;ll be expected to use your experience to confidently lead and direct a team of fellow nurses and staff, while ensuring that the unit is operating safely and effectively.
