Orientation Pay Rate is $10 less than the Assignment Pay Rate. 
 
BLS required. 
PRI (Patient Review Instrument Training Cert)  Required 
Timekeeping – Kronos.  
 
Previous Case Management experience required. 
8:30a-5p, 40hr/wk 
Some weekends may be required. Holidays are required to work as well.  
Preferably to work Sunday – Thursday but can negotiate days. 
 
Really looking for experience with PRI, Screens and clinical reviews. Required 
Caseload can be as low as 15-16 and as high as 22-23. 
Heavy on the discharge planning.  
Milliman would be a plus. 
 
Parking: Free onsite once the candidate completes the application onsite and gets her badge.
