<p>Unit Details:&nbsp;Interventional Cardiology. 4 Cath labs, 1 Cardiac Cat Scan, Pre/Post care bays. All pre post and intra procedural care occurs here ( there is not another location for pre and post care) . Some patients come from home and are d/c post test/procedure to home, others are critically ill from an ED/other Hosp's/ICU and post to an ICU. Acuity of patients varies: Critically ill/cardiogenic shock to stable from home for CT scan, acuity also varies with phase of care: pre, intraprocedural, immediate post, to post awaiting discharge or in pt bed. Transducer set-up, arterial line, Thermodilution Pulmonary artery catheters; temporary pacemakers, Ventricular Assist Devices by Disease Specific JC standards ECMO managed by perfusionist, Impella and IABP,PCI/Stemi/Structural Heart . All RN in house no call. i-STAT and abl90 Experience Preferred.&nbsp;Cath Lab, Pre/Post, VAD, IABP, Impalla, Pacemaker Experience Required with I-STAT and able90 Experience Preferred.</p>

<p>Healthcare Professionals must satisfy any required credentialing items before traveling to a strike. USN will prioritize booking travel arrangements for Healthcare Professionals with a complete file. If you arrive on-site with missing or outstanding items, you may not be eligible to work the strike.</p>
