Hip and Knee joint replacement, hip arthroplasty/pinning, osteoarthritis, lumbar laminectomy, closed limb reduction, selected sports injuries, benign prostrate hypertrophy, prostatic cancer, renal/ureteral calculi, gallstone, bladder cancer, erectile dysfunction, appendicitis, cellulitis, osteomyelitis, acute cholecystitis, mandibular fractures and other similar fractures, ventilators.</p>

<p>Healthcare Professionals must satisfy any required credentialing items before traveling to a job action. USN will prioritize booking travel arrangements for Healthcare Professionals with a complete file. If you arrive on-site with missing or outstanding items, you may not be eligible to work the job action.</p>
