<p>Unit Description :Cath Lab/IR is a 4 person team intra procedural. RN must have exp with sedation and circulating. RN does not scrub cases. Unit has 2 Cath Labs. Procedures include, but not limited to; PCI&apos;s, pacemakers, vasc procedures. No chemo. Sheathsa are plled here. Radial approach exp/knowledge is pref, but not required. Pacemakers, no mapping or ablations. Dx and Intv cardiac cath, Pacemaker insertion and generator changes, TEE, Cardioversion, General IR procedures, Vascular procedures including fistulograms, peripheral arterial angio/interventions, TCAR, and EVAR. No neuro rooms. Majority of sedation done by RN, ubless patient condition requires anesthesia. No TAVR or mitraclips. EPIC, Change Healthcare (Mckesson) hemomonitoring, Maquet balloon pump.Other equipment includes; shockwave intravascular lithotripsy, penumbra aspiration system, temp pacing equip, Zoll defibs, Avox and hemochron.</p>
