Unit Description :Admission unit, preparing people for procedures, "EHOP" extended hospital outpatient - may stay overnight instead of going to the floor for admission. Phase 2 discharges. Also has 8 medsurg overflow beds tele. Lots of spine and ortho. Lots of admits and discharges in Epic. This unit services observation/short stay, preop/phase II and medsurg tele overflow. RNs should have medsurg tele exp and preop/phase II
