As a NICU RN, you'll work in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit to provide care for newborns that are either sick or premature. NICU RNs specialize in medical care for newborns at a variety of levels, from intensive, life-saving measures to rehabilitation and nourishment, so you must be well-versed in infant care.
