<br> <strong><u>Facility Details:</u></strong><br> - Compliance is due a minimum of 7 days before start date OR will get pushed to next orientation, if available<br> - No close hotel options available. The employees will need to be housed in the Warwick/Providence area, which is 20-30 miles away from the hospital. POH recommended.<br> - STOP REQUIRED AT ATTORNEY GENERAL&apos;S OFFICE FOR RI REGISTRATION IDEALLY BEFORE STARTING. When getting fingerprinted at the Attorney General’s office, the traveler must state that South County Hospital should receive their fingerprints.<br> - Please note if candidate has the Covid vaccine in sub notes. Its required for this facility. It is not optional.<br> - Please make sure to fill out Travel Nurse Competency Test Packet, Contracted Staff Personal and Job Info, Travel RN orientation module and Traveler 2020 Orientation test. Four forms/packets total. These docs are located in e-staff as well as the facility profile folder<br> <br> <strong><u>Orientation:</u></strong><br> - ASAP Start<br> - 40hours/wk, 12 wks<br> <br> <strong><u>Unit Details:</u></strong><br> - Certs Required: BLS, ACLS preferred but not required<br> - ONC cert preferred<br> - Specific experience needed: 2 Years Infusion experience<br> - Shift: Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm<br> - Number of beds/suites:  20-28 Beds all private<br> - Ancillary staff for assistance:  Yes. Ward Secretaries, CNA or Administrative Nursing Coordinators<br> - EMR - Meditech<br> <br> <strong>LOCAL RATE: $78 hourly/$3120 weekly</strong>

Basic travel nursing requirements include:

  • 1-2 years recent experience in the job's primary area of care
  • Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states
  • Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specificfacility/unit
  • An enthusiastic, adventurous spirit with a desire to help
