Ingenovis Health Celebrates Five Years of Purpose, Progress and Transformational Growth

March 5, 2026

This week, Ingenovis Health proudly marks five years since its formation, five years defined by rapid growth, meaningful innovation and an unwavering commitment to supporting the healthcare professionals who care for our communities.

Founded in 2021 through the merger of four established healthcare staffing leaders, Ingenovis Health began as a unified effort to build a true home for healthcare talent. Over time, that vision has expanded into a powerful ecosystem of eight brands, including Fastaff, Trustaff, USN, HealthCare Support, Springboard Health, VitalSolution, VISTA Staffing and Corazon, each contributing unique strengths to a shared purpose.

Since its inception, Ingenovis Health has experienced accelerated momentum across its family of brands. The organization has grown significantly in size, capabilities and impact, supported by a clinician-first philosophy and a commitment to delivering high-quality, uninterrupted patient care nationwide.

As the healthcare landscape continues to evolve, Ingenovis Health remains focused on strengthening the systems that clinicians and clients rely on every day. The dedication of our teams, and their relentless pursuit of excellence, has built the strong foundation we stand on today and fuels the momentum that will carry us into the future.

As we celebrate this fifth anniversary, we look ahead with energy and optimism. With industry needs shifting and opportunities emerging across our brands, Ingenovis Health is well-positioned to define the next era of healthcare workforce solutions.

Here’s to five years of growth, purpose and progress—and to all that comes next.
