Benjamin Mirtes

Chief Executive Officer, Ingenovis Health

Ben Mirtes was named Chief Executive Officer of Ingenovis Health in November 2024 after a successful three-year term as Chief Financial Officer. In less than a year in the CEO role, Ben has championed growth-building through leadership additions, system enhancements, and process improvement.

Mirtes is a visionary and people-first leader dedicated to driving discipline, focus, and optimization to propel the company. His extensive experience in growth-focused corporate strategy and finance included roles as CFO of CEI Vision Partners, Director of Corporate Finance for Medpace, and Corporate & Growth Strategy Manager for Deloitte Consulting. Mirtes excels in improving operational efficiency, driving performance, and executing growth strategies.

Under Ben’s leadership, Ingenovis Health is charting a course for sustained growth and scalability—powered by a seasoned executive team, a portfolio of respected and trusted brands, and innovative workforce solutions that empower clients to thrive in a dynamic and evolving healthcare landscape. Michael Flaim

Chief Financial Officer, Ingenovis Health

As Chief Financial Officer, Michael Flaim leads all financial activities for Ingenovis Health. Flaim brings more than twenty years of experience in strategic and operational finance and capital markets in the healthcare industry, including as CFO of MGA Homecare and over a decade with DaVita (NYSE: DVA). At DaVita, Flaim held multiple financial leadership roles, including most recently as Vice President of Finance and Head of Enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis.

Prior to DaVita, Flaim’s background includes roles in investment banking, venture capital, and corporate development, during which he completed numerous high-value equity offerings, M&A transactions, and investments for healthcare companies. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from the University of Chicago.

Lane Greever

Chief Operating Officer, Ingenovis Health

Lane Greever is an accomplished executive with extensive global leadership experience, including over 15 years at Akkodis, an Adecco Group company, where he served as Chief Operating Officer and Global Head of Recruitment. He is recognized for his expertise in commercial growth strategy, business development, and his enduring commitment to diversity as a catalyst for building high-performing, inspired teams.

Lane brings deep proficiency in talent strategy, operational transformation, and integration, with a strategic focus on leveraging technology to drive business success. His proven ability to lead complex organizations and deliver innovative workforce solutions positions him to advance operational excellence and strategic growth as Chief Operating Officer of Ingenovis Health.

Becky Kahn

Chief Client Officer, Ingenovis Health

Becky Kahn, an industry veteran, assumed the role of Chief Client Officer at Ingenovis Health in January 2025. With four decades in the healthcare industry, Kahn brings a wealth of experience and a deep-seated passion for pioneering cost-effective workforce solutions. Her collaborative approach has been instrumental in her successful partnerships with acute care hospitals and integrated healthcare systems, where she has inspired innovative solutions to manage workforces efficiently and cost-effectively.

Kahn has held executive roles at AMN Healthcare, Medacs Global Group and Republic Health Resources. Before joining Ingenovis Health, she served as Chief Client Officer at Trusted Health and joined the Board of Directors at Synergy Health Partners.

Denise Triba

Chief Human Resource Officer, Ingenovis Health

Denise Triba brings more than 20 years’ experience in human resources to Ingenovis Health. She has extensive experience leading large organizations to new levels of success through talent management, training and development, HR systems implementation and employee relations.

Triba has held a variety of executive positions within well-respected healthcare and financial services organizations including InnovAge, Centura Health, CSG Systems, First Data Resources and more. Her leadership brings together the values, culture, and goals of the organization and sets a gold standard by which Ingenovis Health brands conduct daily operations.

Lauren Pasquale Bartlett

Chief Marketing Officer, Ingenovis Health

Lauren Pasquale Bartlett joined Fastaff and U.S. Nursing in 2015 and is responsible for acquisition and engagement strategies, digital customer experience and brand. Bartlett implemented a marketing technology reliance on business intelligence and automation, and launched a brand recast asserting the company’s unique market position as a Category of One.

Bartlett's teams have doubled the size of the database and contributed to industry-exceeding revenue growth. She’s led both client and nurse marketing during times of growth and decline, affording her a thorough perspective of the motivation of both facilities and clinicians.

Jan Ross

Chief Information Officer, Ingenovis Health

Jan Ross brings over 30 years of experience in the information technology sector to her role as Chief Information Officer at Ingenovis Health. With a proven track record of driving digital transformation and innovation, Jan is dedicated to leveraging technology to enhance business operations and deliver strategic value.

Prior to joining Ingenovis Health, Jan served as Chief Information Officer of a Revenue Cycle Management organization where she entered the Healthcare industry and established a fierce appreciation for Healthcare Professionals. Jan’s expertise spans across various domains including cybersecurity, cloud computing, as well as data management and analytics.

Eli Hoffman

Executive Vice President, Strategy & Corporate Development, Ingenovis Health

Eli Hoffman joined Fastaff and U.S. Nursing Corporation in May of 2019. He previously held roles as Vice President, Strategic Operations at Syneos Health and Engagement Manager at Monitor Deloitte. Hoffman’s expertise includes driving growth initiatives from conception through execution, conducting due diligence and leading post-merger integration, designing sales strategies and identifying and capturing operational efficiencies.

Hoffman's strategic support and process leadership have resulted in impressive contributions to each company's success, from reducing cost base by more than 50% to driving more than $400 million in increased sales. With Ingenovis Health, he is responsible for identifying, scoping and leading strategic initiatives which drive profitable growth, including inorganic growth opportunities.

Kelly Duggan

President, Trustaff

Kelly Duggan is President of Trustaff and leads one of the nation’s largest healthcare staffing firms. With more than twenty years in workforce strategy, she brings a practical perspective on how health systems can meet the rising demand for nurses and allied health professionals. Her focus is on building sustainable solutions that address clinician shortages, improve retention, and adapt to the shifting expectations of today’s workforce.

Drawing on her background in staffing and workforce solutions, Kelly has guided teams through complex market changes and continues to shape how organizations attract and support top clinical talent.

Andrea Nelson

President, VISTA Staffing Solutions

Andrea Nelson is an accomplished senior executive with more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience and a robust knowledge of healthcare and workforce optimization strategies.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Nelson successfully led VISTA through the advent of new service lines that allowed for rapid response of healthcare delivery to the most underserved communities in the country. Prior to VISTA, Nelson spent 10 years driving results for Eli Lilly and held leadership roles at CHG Healthcare.

Catherine Pearson

President, Fastaff, Springboard Health & HealthCare Support

Catherine Pearson is the President of Fastaff, Springboard Health and HealthCare Support, where she leverages nearly two decades of experience to drive outcomes of this leading healthcare travel staffing and education company. Pearson is an expert in operational performance that supports rapid business growth. She leads her teams in sustaining the highest levels of achievement in sourcing talented cardiovascular nurses and technologists to hospitals nationwide.

Before joining Springboard Health and Ingenovis Health, Pearson was General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer for SimonMed, where she developed strategy, provided legal and healthcare regulatory counsel and optimized corporate structure and workflow.

Michelle Savell Sweet

President, USN

Michelle Savell Sweet serves as President of USN, returning to the organization with deep institutional knowledge and a broadened executive perspective. She previously held senior leadership roles at Integrity Locums Healthcare, Health Scholars, Fastaff and USN, where she consistently led initiatives in operational excellence, business development, and team performance.

With a strategic mindset and people-first leadership style, Michelle brings a proven ability to align teams with organizational goals, positioning her to lead USN into its next phase of innovation and growth.
