Bart Valdez

Chief Executive Officer, Ingenovis Health

Bart Valdez assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer for Fastaff and U.S. Nursing in April of 2019. In his short time with the company, he oversaw unprecedented revenue acceleration and implemented key strategic measures for long-term growth. In June of 2021, Valdez was appointed Chief Executive Officer for the newly formed Ingenovis Health, a healthcare talent platform formed by the acquisitions of Fastaff, U.S. Nursing, Trustaff, CardioSolution, and Stella.ai. Valdez brings more than 20 years of experience in the human capital management sector, having previously held executive leadership roles with Syneos Health, INC Research, Ceridian, and First Advantage. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Valdez successfully led Fastaff and U.S. Nursing through swift operational initiatives and investments that enabled the companies to fulfill an unprecedented surge quickly and effectively in demand for experienced nurses in more than 400 facilities across 45 states.

Ben Mirtes

Chief Financial Officer, Ingenovis Health

As Chief Financial Officer for Ingenovis Health, Ben Mirtes leads all financial activities to support both organic and inorganic growth and business transformation across our organizations. Mirtes has large-scale experience leading corporate finance and accounting teams, particularly in the realms of growth and acquisition; he previously served as CFO of CEI Vision Partners, Director of Corporate Finance for Medpace, and Corporate & Growth Strategy Manager for Deloitte Consulting. In addition to improving operational efficiency and driving performance, he is a key leader in complex growth strategy and internal improvement plans.

Betty Wageman

Chief Revenue Officer, Ingenovis Health

Betty Wageman has nearly 25 years of successful leadership roles with the nation’s largest healthcare staffing agencies, and now serves as Ingenovis Health’s Chief Commercial Officer. She brings a unique understanding of both sides of the staffing business. Wageman has executive leadership experience of account management, business development and client services teams resulting in an awareness of the complex dynamics hospitals face to achieve optimized productivity. In addition, she has run large recruiting teams vying for the nation’s top talent and knows the motivation and value healthcare providers seek as they choose staffing assignments. This deep experience makes Wageman a well-rounded advocate who seeks valuable and positive outcomes for both clients and clinicians.

Laurie Reichert

Chief Operating Officer, Ingenovis Health

Industry veteran Laurie Reichert brings more than 20 years of successful leadership experience building world-class recruitment and sales teams. Reichert has managed large multi-site business teams and developed sales strategies to service new product lines. She is lauded by her teams for creating a culture where employees can thrive, where division performance outpaces targets annually, and for her ability to identify, groom, and grow talent. Within Ingenovis Health, Reichert is tasked with aligning recruiting, credentialing, and logistical functions to increase transparency, drive efficiency, and quickly deliver experienced healthcare professionals for clients nationwide.

Denise Triba

Chief Human Resource Officer, Ingenovis Health

Denise Triba brings more than 20 years’ experience in human resources to Ingenovis Health. She has extensive experience leading large organizations to new levels of success through talent management, training and development, HR systems implementation, and employee relations. She has held a variety of executive positions within well-respected healthcare and financial services organizations including InnovAge, Centura Health, CSG Systems, First Data Resources, and more. Triba's leadership brings together the values, culture, and goals of the organization and sets a gold standard by which Ingenovis Health brands conduct daily operations.

Lauren Pasquale Bartlett

Chief Marketing Officer, Ingenovis Health

Lauren Pasquale Bartlett joined Fastaff and U.S. Nursing in 2015 and is responsible for acquisition and engagement strategies, digital customer experience, and brand. Bartlett implemented a marketing technology reliance on business intelligence and automation, and launched a brand recast asserting the company’s unique market position as a Category of One. Her teams have doubled the size of the database and contributed to industry-exceeding revenue growth in 2019. She’s led both client and nurse marketing during times of growth and decline, affording her a thorough perspective of the motivation of both hospitals and nurses.

Marc Bonora

General Counsel, Ingenovis Health

Marc Bonora joined Fastaff in early 2021 and brings more than 20 years’ experience in healthcare staffing and labor law, including positions with Envision Healthcare, Vail Resorts, and the U.S. Department of Justice. As a member of the Fastaff Executive Leadership Team, and General Counsel for Ingenovis Health, Bonora will be responsible for guiding the companies’ legal efforts, including developing policies and procedures, as well as regulatory compliance and audit processes.

Eli Hoffman

Executive Vice President, Strategy & Corporate Development, Ingenovis Health

Eli Hoffman joined Fastaff and U.S. Nursing Corporation in May of 2019. He previously held roles as Vice President, Strategic Operations at Syneos Health and Engagement Manager at Monitor Deloitte. Hoffman’s expertise includes driving growth initiatives from conception through execution, conducting due diligence and leading post-merger integration, designing sales strategies, and identifying and capturing operational efficiencies. Hoffman's strategic support and process leadership have resulted in impressive contributions to each company's success, from reducing cost base by more than 50% to driving more than $400 million in increased sales. With Ingenovis Health, he is responsible for identifying, scoping, and leading strategic initiatives which drive profitable growth, including inorganic growth opportunities.

Genine Wilson

President, Travel Nurse and Allied, Ingenovis Health

Genine Wilson is a 20-year veteran of the staffing industry with experience in workforce management, talent acquisition and results-driven leadership. Genine was most recently the Global Vice President for an industry-leading outsourcing and consulting group. Wilson is active in community-focused economic and workforce development and has served as co-chair of the Workforce Development Committee for the Los Angeles Economic Development Corporation and as commissioner for the Los Angeles County Workforce Investment Board. As President of Trustaff's Travel Nurse and Allied Division, Genine partners closely with hospital and health system clients and industry partners to deliver high-quality solutions through seamless, integrated approaches to talent supply chain management while driving efficiencies and innovative recruitment and retention strategies

Sean Ebner

President, Physician Services

The physician services division, which includes VISTA Staffing and VitalSolution (formerly CardioSolution) benefit from Sean Ebner’s twenty-five years of consulting and workforce solutions experience. Ebner has been a president and officer-level executive within diversified healthcare workforce solutions for more than a decade and a thought leader within physician services. As a member of the leadership team, Ebner is responsible for incorporating and extending Ingenovis Health’s practice-based physician services offerings, with its deep expertise in locum tenens, to establish the pre-eminent physician talent solutions organization in the United States.

Chris Abel

President, HealthCare Support

Chris Abel joined HealthCare Support in 2017, bringing more than twenty years of leadership experience to one of the nation’s largest allied health staffing firms. He brings a balance of financial and operational excellence to the team as a seasoned CPA. As President of HealthCare Support, he leads a talented and successful team that drives rapid growth and delivers on Healthcare Support’s commitment to excellence for clinicians and clients.

Andrea Nelson

President, VISTA Staffing Solutions

Andrea Nelson is an accomplished senior executive with more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience and a robust knowledge of healthcare and workforce optimization strategies. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Nelson successfully led VISTA through the advent of new service lines that allowed for rapid response of healthcare delivery to the most underserved communities in the country. Prior to VISTA, Nelson spent 10 years driving results for Eli Lilly, and held leadership roles at CHG Healthcare.

Catherine Pearson

Executive Vice President, Springboard Health

Catherine Pearson is the Executive Vice President of Springboard Health where she leverages nearly two decades of experience to drive outcomes of this leading healthcare travel staffing and education company. An expert in operational performance to support rapid business growth, Pearson leads her teams in sustaining the highest levels of achievement in sourcing seasoned, talented cardiovascular nurses and technologists to hospitals nationwide. Before joining Springboard Health, Pearson was General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer for SimonMed, where she developed strategy, provided legal and healthcare regulatory counsel and optimized corporate structure and workflow.

Trey Brazill

Vice President, Growth and Corporate Development, Ingenovis Health

Over the course of his career, Brazill has partnered with numerous high-growth companies to drive scale and operational excellence within Private Equity, Management Consulting, and Private & Public company forums. He is particularly experienced in corporate development, business and platform stand-up, and the execution of key strategic initiatives. He has in-depth experience identifying investment opportunities and driving growth across a multi-industry portfolio of companies from the pre-deal diligence stage, through steady-state operations, and ultimately to a successful exit to new sponsors. A data analysis enthusiast, Brazill leverages indices, company data, and external sources to architect and maintain data-driven analysis tools to both identify new investment opportunities and build go-to-market strategies. At Ingenovis Health, he is responsible for spearheading all aspects of corporate M&A as well as leading key growth initiatives, especially around the use of data-driven analysis and tools.

Robin Geiger, DNP, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, NEA-BC

Senior Vice President of Clinician Advocacy, Ingenovis Health

Dr. Robin Geiger is an accomplished, results-driven, board-certified nurse executive with over 20 years of hands-on clinical leadership experience. Geiger's professional focus is on health equity and clinician advocacy, with the goal of increasing resilience for healthcare providers, improving quality care and creating solid support systems through the ACT program for all clinicians within the Ingenovis Health brands. In her prior role, she served as Associate Dean of Academic Affairs for National University, School of Health Professions, focused on strategic planning, clinical program development and academic operations.
