[Cincinnati, OHIO] – [September 16, 2025] – Ingenovis Health announced the appointment of Vanessa Hodgerson as chief legal and compliance officer, effective Sept. 9. Hodgerson will oversee legal, regulatory and compliance operations and report directly to CEO Ben Mirtes.

With almost twenty years of legal experience, Hodgerson joins Ingenovis Health after 11 years with The Adecco Group, where she most recently served as Senior Vice President and North America General Counsel, as well as Global General Counsel for one of the Adecco Group’s brands, LHH. She has led legal, compliance and risk teams in complex, multi-industry environments, guiding employment law, regulatory strategy, mergers and acquisitions, data privacy and labor relations.

In her former position, Hodgerson drove transformation initiatives, achieved measurable cost savings and built scalable legal frameworks supporting business growth and innovation. She holds a Juris Doctor degree, summa cum laude, from Florida Coastal School of Law and a bachelor's degree from Florida State University. Hodgerson resides in Jacksonville, Fla., where she is involved in various community initiatives, including serving on the city’s MLK Committee and providing pro bono legal services to local non-profits.
