Workplace Injury

To report an injury or illness in the workplace, review the three steps below.

Per the policy outlined in your Employee Handbook: Any injury or illnesses suffered by an employee, even a slight or minor one, must be reported to an Ingenovis Health or brand company representative within 24 hours of the incident/injury. Incidents/injuries need to be reported REGARDLESS of if you need medical care, under the same 24-hour deadline/per the employee policy stated above.

⚠️ Failure to report an incident/injury within 24 of its occurrence, even if you feel FINE at the time, may result in any claim filed later requiring added time for review and investigation and potentially a denial of some or all of the claim. ⚠️
