As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you are responsible for providing care and support for women during labor and childbirth. You&apos;ll monitor mother and baby before, during, and after birth and assist throughout the process, including  during delivery. L&D RNs use their special training and knowledge to help ensure the safety of patients both large and small.
