Alee Gill is Vice President of Workforce Solutions at Ingenovis Health, supporting healthcare clients across the Central Region. She partners with health systems to align workforce strategies with business goals, leveraging market insights on utilization, cost and efficiency to optimize contingent labor programs.
With deep experience in both program management and building out comprehensive workforce solutions with client partners across all sectors of healthcare staffing - clinical, allied, non-clinical, per diem, government and locum tenens, she has developed and implemented programs of all sizes, from targeted direct agreements to large-scale Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs and Vendor Management System (VMS) deployments.
Alee began her career in mental health and child safety programs, experiences that strengthened her ability to listen, empathize, and collaborate - skills she carries into her client partnerships today. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on her two kids at sporting events, running everything from charity races to ultra trail runs and relaxing on any beach with her family.
