Jay Schupp serves as Vice President of Workforce Solutions at Ingenovis Health. In his role, Jay develops and implements enterprise staffing solutions - including Managed Service Programs, Vendor Management Systems, Employer of Record, Internal Resource Pool optimization, and direct hire strategies - while leading strategic client conversations, creating compelling proposals and fostering meaningful partnerships.
With two decades of experience providing workforce solutions to both clinical and non-clinical Fortune 500 enterprise clients nationwide, Jay is known for driving workforce optimization and client savings, strategic approaches, his collaborative approach and ensuring Ingenovis Health consistently meets client objectives while delivering forward-thinking, future-focused staffing solutions.
Passionate about innovation and solving complex workforce challenges, Jay thrives in entrepreneurial environments where outcomes and partnerships matter most. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, fitness and traveling with his wife, his high school and college sweetheart. Jay is a proud father of two adult children: a top OBGYN surgeon and an aspiring screenwriter/culinary enthusiast.
