Zach Hickerson is Vice President of Workforce Solutions at Ingenovis Health. In his role, he partners with healthcare leaders to design and deliver tailored workforce solutions that align staffing strategies with operational goals.
With more than 14 years of sales and leadership experience in IT and healthcare staffing, Zach has worked with some of the largest health systems in the U.S., including Kaiser Permanente. His background spans travel nursing and allied staffing, rapid response deployments and strike project solutions - giving him a comprehensive perspective on the challenges hospitals face and the strategies needed to address them.
Faith and a genuine love for others are at the core of Zach’s approach. He is passionate about building solutions that optimize operations, improve quality of care and create lasting impact for both clients and clinicians. Outside of work, Zach enjoys golfing, traveling, exploring new restaurants, attending live concerts and spending time with his family.
